  • Abstract
    In this paper, correction of the uniform equivalent waveguide model for soft proton exchange periodic segmented waveguide by taking into account the lateral Gaussian diffusion profile under the waveguide mask was done. The modified equivalent model was in good agreement with the experimental results.
