University financial revenues and expenditures of the existing problems and countermeasures

This paper first analyzes the present situation of the expenditure in science and technology university, then analyze existing problems and causes to the problems. finally, puts forward specific solutions, including the establishment of financial evaluation index system, reasonable arrangement of balance of payments, strengthen the budget management, in other to provide a good reference for management of college financial revenues and expenditures in other university.
