Abstract
Temperature and humidity monitoring system is an important part of laboratories, such as scientific experiment laboratory and quality testing laboratory. In order to supervise and record the temperature and humidity of geographical distributed constant temperature and humidity testing Laboratories, a web-based monitoring system is developed. The system is consisted of local data acquisition hardware and remote database management software. The hardware is made up of temperature and humidity sensors arranged in the laboratory and a central control set, which is controlled by a MCU and takes charge of collecting data from sensors and transmitting them to remote data server. Application of the system shows that it operates reliably and stably and can help the administrative departments to monitor temperature and humidity real time and manage data of all laboratories efficiently.
