  • Abstract
    With the development of port logistics, the co-investment such as mutual shareholding has become the strategies as a way of co-competition and made in practice good results. Therefore, this paper, taking the port enterprises and shipping companies as studying objects, is to analyze the game equilibrium of co-investment, as well as to propose the optimal investment strategies to the port enterprises and shipping companies in game equilibrium separately. Further, this article is to compare the income of the port enterprises, the shipping companies and port logistics supply chain in the three types game equilibrium, and has proved the cooperative game equilibrium has Pareto advantage than non-cooperative game equilibrium.
