Abstract
In the thorough analysis offshore platform structure safety management problems based on the variety load effect, put forward defense seismic load of offshore structure problems is the key problems of safety management. Through the summary points out, rapid prototype structure vibration nondestructive testing is the key link of offshore earthquake disasters.
