The survey of how the capital market promoting China´s transformation of economic growth

This paper summarizes the United States and Japan´s capital market development experience, combines the characteristics of China, and points out that only by establishing the multi-level market, optimizing the allocation of resources, speeding up the marketwise interest rate and constantly improving the market main body participation in the governance structure, etc, can make better use of capital market to promote the transformation of economic growth.
