Abstract
The information technology is the only way for manufacturing enterprises to improve economic efficiency and competitiveness. The main problem in implementing information technology for manufacturing enterprises is that many enterprises do not achieve the desired effect. Therefore, to study the management of implementing process management, has an important role for manufacturing companies to ensure reasonable implementation of information technology and improve the success rate and efficiency. On the basis of summarizing three different competitive strategies, and according to different types of characteristics, this paper proposed the information technology development strategy in different value orientation of manufacturing enterprises.
