After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The capability of independent innovation has become the key to the good development of economy in Henan Province, however, At present, enterprises in Henan Province are lack of the integrated innovation capability. In this paper, it analyses the strengthens, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens in independent innovation of enterprises in Henan province based on the SWOT analysis method. And present the countermeasures to enhance their capability of independent innovation.
