Abstract :
We present the CTB performance of a linearizer as well as the design, simulation results and fabrication of the second generation IC. The new linearizer circuit is implemented in the 0.35 /spl mu/m CMOS technology and boasts an on-chip voltage controlled predistortion stage and an on-chip variable gain amplifier.
