  • Abstract
    Nowadays, we always design the MEMS system with the traditional way (design rarr make rarr sample rarr test rarr optimize design). In this way, we have to waste much more time and money on the design of MEMS. Developing a new MEMS CAD can solve the problem in a suit way. This paper will research a very important module in the MEMS CAD, the display technology. You will see plenty of excellent functions with using the VR (Virtual Reality) display technology .We used OpenGL/Openlnventor and Visual C++ to design the display module. The following tips are the designing thought. 1. Create a graphic manipulate reading context, and start it. 2. Initialization, setting the OpenGL´s switch. 3.Setting the way to find view, and the viewport size. 4. The main function, using the OpenGL to make the mathematics depict. 5. If needed, we can add some other function, for example , color, illumination, and so on.
