Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper considers a muti-supplier, single assembler ATO(assemble to order) supply chain with price-dependent demand, where the leading assembler assembles one final product. We builds three decision-making models including centralized model, wholesale price contract and allowance-penalty contract, then seeks the optimal capacity of each supplier and optimal retail price of the assembler in each model. Based on analysis of comparison, it´s found that single wholesale price contract can´t coordinate the whole supply chain; however, through proper-designed contract parameters, allowance-penalty contract may realize supply chain coordination perfectly.
