Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Chengdu-Chongqing area, as a new economic growth location in China, it is more urgent to need the interactive development for higher education with the rapid economic integrational development. This paper overviews the joint development of higher education at home and abroad, and gives a comprehensive analysis on feasibility for the linkage of higher education in Chengdu-Chongqing area. At last, this paper proposes a strategic vision about joint development for the higher education in Chengdu-Chongqing in order to do better service for the regional economy.
