Abstract :
Aiming at the complexity of emergency decision making, this paper proposes a group decision-making model based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set. Through gathering the experts´ evaluations in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy matric, we measure consistent estimate level of experts judgment and present a solution to get the expert weights, then obtain ranking of contingency plans through ideal point method based on Hamming distance which is a new method for solving the interval intuitionistic fuzzy problem of the experts, opinions, Finally, a case study on the fire disaster decision-making is conducted to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
