  • Abstract
    This paper does a requirement analysis in safe problem of E-government at first and introduces the E-governments key part - Digital Signature´s definition, the principle of the realization subsequently. At last the paper depicts the principle of the realization of ECC which applies to Cryptography and makes an objective conclusion through compared the ECC arithmetic with RSA arithmetic.
