Discussion on application of E-commerce in agri-food supply chain

Research about agri-food supply chain has already become one of hot topics in supply chain management study. With the application of information technology continued to deepen, the application of e-commerce in agri-food supply chain is more and more extensive. In this paper, the theory of E-commerce applications in agri-food supply chain were introduced; its current application situations and restrain factors are analyzed by Interpretative Structure Modeling Method(ISM). Then found the basic bottleneck and further explained its countermeasure of application on two aspects of macroscopic and microcosmic.
