Abstract
In recent years, natural disasters occur frequently in the world, which lead to huge harm to people´s lives and property. In order to reliably respond to sudden disasters effectively, there have many researches about evacuation. Compare to macro model, agent-based model simulation can define different parameters and rules and it can reflect the real word. Individual behavior is applied dynamically according to its environment and it can reflect the real interaction between individuals. This research built an agent-based model of crowd evacuation and optimized it accordingly. In the simulation we also add the situation of having directors. It can reflect the real evacuation behavior.
