Abstract
Micro learning is a kind of informal learning which allows learners to complete learning anywhere at any time by using fragmentary time and micro media to obtain micro content. As a new learning method, micro learning absorbs a lot of advanced learning technologies and tools, so it can rich the form and contents of informal training and help to improve informal training effectiveness. In this paper, the author tries to apply micro learning to informal training of enterprises, propose a set of application program, and hope to be helpful to increase training benefits and decrease training cost.
