Abstract :
In the process of project construction, the project of the main subjects played different roles, and forms a certain economic partnerships between them. Due to Information Asymmetry, between projects likely to cause adverse selection and moral issues, own to pursue their own interests to maximize, the formation of the game relations between the main subjects to the project is difficult to quantify and control in the project management. Therefore, the process of project management is actually the game process between owners, contractors and supervision. This paper firstly analyzes the game relationship between the main subjects to the project, on this basis, the game models were established between the owners VS supervision, owners VS contractors and contractor VS supervisor, and analyzes the Nash equilibrium of game mixed strategy. Finally, from the establishment of incentive and restraint mechanisms, the establishment of monitoring mechanisms and post pre-punishment mechanism and other aspect, proposed how to regulate the main subject´s behaviors and specific countermeasures to control and prevent risk behaviors.
