Large-scale rural population flow which is accompanied by industrialization and urbanization in China is one of the inevitable social phenomenons. Since the founding of New China, rural land policy and rural population flow has a great relevance. Sound agricultural policies can promote the rural population flow reasonably and timely, whereas the opposite In the paper, based on the investigation of four towns in Fengqiu County of Henan Province, the author strives to explore the relevance between population flow and rural land policy, identify problems and give countermeasures.
