Abstract :
The information and integration of tendering and bidding process is the key to solve the problem of the contradicitions of tendering and bidding that they can not discern each other and achieve resource sharing. My paper used theoretical and technological knowledge of software development learned from the major of software engineering, in which theory is used to direct practice. My paper is based on the theory of software engineering. First, I set forth the current situation and the problems of tendering and bidding system. Then I discussed the feasibility of my system. Third, I give the data intergration program based on the Extensible Markup Language.
