The analysis on the team construction and incentive system of counsellors and class teachers of higher vocational college

The counsellors and class teachers of higher vocational colleges are the specific organizers, managers and directors of students´ affairs, and shoulder the burden of bringing up high-quality workers and specialized personnel. We should build the full-time and part-time class teacher system formed by counsellors and some professional teachers. I think the counsellors should take the professional way of development, construct vocationally comprehensive evaluation system of counsellors and class teachers in accord with the reality of higher vocational colleges, improve the incentive system of counsellor and class teacher team of higher vocational colleges etc.
