Low energy consumption and low pollution on the basis of low carbon has become a global hotspots in the background of global warming. Low carbon economy is not only a kind of attitude, an obligation, but also a kind of responsibility. From SA8000 to low carbon authentication, the movement of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has developed furthermore. Businesses have different attitudes. This paper will discuss the rise of social responsibility. This paper takes the CSR of JiangSu Liberty Co. Ltd. for example. And will analysis the law of the steps of the CSR. This paper also provides suggests of research for enterprises to deal with the new standards.
