Abstract :
This paper presents a new innovative technological solution to achieves a two-axis strict dynamic synchronous process, using intelligent feed-forward control and intelligent variable parameter design method of closed-loop control. This new idea is implemented by PLC controller in the stretch tension and synchronization control system of a wide fabric heating shaping machine. On-site working has proved this method not only achieves a two-axis strict dynamic synchronous process but also has a good dynamic and static performance. The proposed scheme may be widely suitable for synchronous control demands in printing, plastic, textile, rubber, iron and steel industry.
