Abstract :
An innovation efficiency evaluation index system of regional innovation system is firstly established, and then an evaluation model is constructed based on entropy and DEA, finally an empirical study of regional innovation efficiency based on inter-province data. The results displayed that the innovation efficiency of Shandong province still had great disparity with other advanced provinces, so it is virtal to strengthen resource allocation rationally, and pay attention to the effective integration of innovation resources among colleges, industries and governments.
