  • Abstract
    Basing on qualitative analysis of relation between the behavior of cultivated land transfer and households´ willingness, using household research data of different counties and ecological household, this paper set up a Logistic model in which the parameters are determined by willingness of cultivated land transfer and influence of different factors. Moreover, it quantitative analysis on the characteristic factors of willingness for cultivated land transfer from household family characteristic factors, family economic factors and cultivated land resource gift, which analysis the important cause of cultivated land transfer. The results showed that 1) The low return on cultivated land economic benefit plays a most important role in the cultivated land transfer out; 2) The positive correlation between cultivated land economic with specific gravity and willingness for cultivated land transfer, the more share of economic earnings, the more easy for the cultivated land transfer in, however, the lower share of economic earnings, the more easy for the cultivated land transfer out; 3) Topographic factors have a strong inverse relationship with willingness for cultivated land transfer, and the more flat physiognomy is, the more easy for the cultivated land transfer.
