As environmental problems become increasingly serious, how to enhance corporate environmental management of human resources has become a key factor of good corporate environmental performance and sustainable development. The article analyzed and explained how to build and strengthen the human resources of corporate environmental management professionals, and how to enhance the environmental awareness of the staff.
