Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With the development of tall and high-rise buildings, embedded depth of foundation is rising and accordingly the excavation of deep foundation pit becomes focus of construction enterprises and owners. Being the fair third party independent of the two parties, the supervision enterprises should function of their own, ensure the stability of deep foundation pit and safety of excavation and construction of basement and surrounding environment.
