After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the advent of new information age, the electronic industry is becoming fiercely competitive. How to survive by small and medium enterprises in the violent competition? This question becomes tricky for thousands of business owner. It is well known that the foreign sales for enterprises are the most important part for companies´ development in modern society. The author of this paper objectively analyses problems for network foreign sales of SME in electronic industry at present by five years work experiences for overseas marketing manager, and countermeasures are presents.
