After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The small and medium enterprise groups gather the special advantages that not only promoting Chinese small and medium enterprises develop rapidly, but also alleviating the difficult financing problems existing in the small and medium enterprises to some extent. This paper analyse the financing advantages and the problems existing in the small and medium enterprise groups, put forward strategy to improve the finance of the small and medium enterprises groups, and solve the funds difficulties existing in the small and medium enterprises better to help the small and medium enterprises to develop rapidly in China.
