Abstract :
A complicated target can often be regarded as being composed of many scattering centers. The positions, scattering strength and scattering mechanism of the centers are key information to target identification. The paper presents a method of determining the positions, scattering strengths and scattering mechanisms of these scattering centers by analyzing local frequency components of radar range profile using wavelet transform
