Abstract
This paper presents an implementation of electric WebGIS sharing platform based on OpenScales and introduces related key technologies. Functionally, `sharing´ is implemented by way of `subscription´. In terms of software, open source software, GeoServer and OpenScales are used. These softwares uniform the standard, make the development more flexible and reduce costs. Technically, the idea of RIA(Rich Internet Applications) and Web service is used to make it cross-platform and GIS graphics will be showed better. The electric WebGIS sharing platform not only makes the development of electric WebGIS software more convenient but also provides a feasible solution which can significantly reduce the required human and material resources when the applications in the other industries need to integrate WebGIS.
