In the paper a high resolution millimeter wave (mmW) scanning imaging radar is introduced. The principles of high resolution two-dimensional (2-D) imaging and the image reconstruction algorithm are discussed in detail. Typical experimental results imaging on a full-scale large vehicle are presented
