The research on measurement and management of core asset library

The core asset library is most important component of software product line. From the management of the core asset library, this paper giving several measurements and their definitions which correlative with evolution of core asset library, such as reusable, consistency and coverage of core asset library. According to different measurement, we give several core asset types and their characters. Three core asset library develop activities have been described, in addition to, the relationship between different activities and measurement result has been analyzed.
