Abstract :
One of the common methods for protection against HPM is using from conductive shield. In order to evaluation of SE (Shielding Effectiveness), a desired electromagnetic environment must be provided. In this paper, we use from RC (Reverberation Chamber) for making electromagnetic environment. Before SE computation we have considered different polarization of transmission antenna and effect of QRD (Quadratic Residue Diffuser) in field uniformity. On the basis of IEC 61000-4-21 standard, we present a new method for increase of field uniformity. In other part, SE has been computed for different geometry of apertures by 3D-FEM. Furthermore on the basis of resonance frequency and new concept, "minus bandwidth", we present SE curves in term of aperture dimensions.
