Abstract :
According to the resources characteristics of archives web, this paper discusses the organization and its integration strategy of information resources. Combined with modern developments in information technology and digital archive features, the paper put forward the principles to build archives web, by which structural, levels and relevance could be reflected in the content organization, also security and maintaining transparency.
