Study on the relationship among demographic statistics charactoristics, EI levels and job performance of the employee

In this paper, we have analyzed the relationship among some basic demographic characteristics of the employees such as their age, gender, level of education, work experience, EI levels, and their own work performances as well as their work attitudes. Empirical studies are used to examine the significance of EI in organization. We have collected questionnaire survey data from eight different enterprises and certificate that EI levels has a significant positive impact on the performance.
