Innovative products concept management has a wide and important application value in the management area all over the world. U.S. which stands on the highest point of the moral area, plans to create low-carbon program and introduce low-carbon economy concept. On the circumstance of this phenomenon, the paper first research three ways of product innovation and then explore innovative ideas and methods of product management. At last, the paper put forward measures for Chinese government to deal with US carbon program.
