  • Abstract
In modern systems of scheduling and monitoring of mobile objects, in intellectual transport systems and in the distributed systems of a mobile cellular radio communication also, the key role is played by systems of definition of a site of mobile objects. In the report the most comprehensible method of position definition of the objects, based on application of signals of satellite navigating systems: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo is considered. The description of the telematic module of own development: "TOPAZ-201", is resulted. Ways of the decision of a problem of maintenance of reliable transfer of the allocated category of SMS and decrease in dependence of time of transfer of SMS from level of the loading created by other subscribers of a network of cellular communication are discussed. Results of an estimation of an overall performance of experimental station with using of telematic GSM-GPS modules are resulted.
