Abstract :
Jiangmen Opto-electronics Information Service Platform is a Web Service Platform implemented and created by Jiangmen Information Industry Bureau and Wuyi University. The first step of this project has been initiated presently. This paper discusses primarily on the construction target, technical route, solution and function module of the Platform.
