The paper choose service-oriented industries to study, using industry choice theory and practical model, analysis by leading industry choice theory and practical model, from a comparative advantage, technological progress, market potential and the actual situation of Shenyang, selecting out financial, real estate, accommodation and catering industry, tourism and logistics industries as the leading industries.
