Abstract
A description is given of a subharmonically pumped quasioptical mixer developed with a 4-GHz bandwidth at 35 GHz. The design was scaled to 94 GHz, and it is possible to scale the design to higher frequencies. The upper portion of each circuit is in microstrip, while the lower portion is in stripline. Results from optimized versions of both mixers are presented and discussed.<>
