Abstract :
The characteristics of matrix structure and the current salary distribution problems are analyzed at first, and on this basis a salary distribution program design is conducted of a building design corporation as an example. The pay distribution system is established with the “post value” as foundation and linkage of compensation and performance, which is indemnificatory and motivational. Through the post value evaluation to determine post salary, compensate employee basic labor value; And inspection unifies, take project allowances and project bonus reflect performance differences; Given the employee basic welfare safeguard at the same time, take personalized bonuses and welfare design scheme to create enterprise culture and inspire key employees.
