Abstract
A solution to the impedance matching problem for a loop antenna printed on a thin dielectric substrate with high permittivity is discussed. A loop antenna proximity-coupled to a probe can be matched to a coaxial line. Both the impedance matching and CPW (circularly polarized wave) radiation are obtained at a design frequency using a conducting island technique.<>
