Abstract :
Based on an important premise of the research of evaluation method about the quality of grinding surface of engineering ceramic material, the engineering material can be widely used. In this paper, the grinding surface of ceramic plates is being discussed as the research object. By introducing the area statistical index and Grid Cells´ Areal Weighting Interpolation (GCAWI) to the evaluation of the grinding surface of ceramic, firstly each element of surface quality as its spatial data information is collected based on regional division on the grinding surface of the ceramic plates, and then establish the spatial model of the evaluation, finally the simulation results about the quality of the processing face will be obtained.
