Abstract :
An improved narrowband high frequency (NBHF) channel model is presented based on the ITS wideband high frequency (WBHF) channel model. Through proper simplification, an implementation method fits for computer simulation is provided. This new simulation model eliminates one of the limitations of the Watterson NBHF channel model. It can be applied to a wide range of channel conditions.
