Abstract :
According to the location of fault point, a complex medium voltage distribution network reliability evaluation algorithm based on Isolating switch partition is summarized. The isolating switches and load points formed the fault zone and fault influenced regional, the recovery time of fault influenced regional is determined by the action time of boundary isolating switch. The algorithm is for medium voltage distribution network reliability evaluation with sub-feeder, compared with the conventional FMEA algorithm, proved the simplicity and practicality of this algorithm.
