Abstract
This paper discusses how a Web site created for computer science courses at an American university has been made more accessible to international English-reading students. The suggestions are based on experience with a site that has proven to be popular among students around the world. The Web site, chortle.ccsu.edu, contains several complete courses on basic computer science topics.
