Abstract
In this paper we propose a MC-CDMA power line communication (PLC) system and examine the performance of MC-CDMA system over power line channel for high-speed data. In this paper we also provide a mathematical description of an asynchronous MC-CDMA PLC system. In our analysis, we consider the BPSK modulation technique and power line as a frequency selective Rayleigh fading channel. We consider the possible presence of frequency-selective fading and the organization of the system in a power line noise structure. In our present work, we estimate system performance in terms of signal to interference Noise ratio (SINR) and bit error rate (BER), based on the statistical description of all the channel impairments.
