Resolution limitations on the SAR systems determinable on random nature of the field near radio horizon

Refractivity inhomogeneities affect the SAR properties. In particular, the signal phase distortion degrades the resolution and gives rise to the angle deviations. These effects are more considerable near the radio horizon and determine the limits of the SAR accuracy.
