Abstract
Photocurrents induced by X-ray irradiation depend on experimental conditions of irradiation and material properties. Their quantitative analysis gives the characteristic parameters of the sample polarization state which provide evidence for the space charge influence. This influence is studied with the experimental set-up called CIRCE
